OPTAV OV11DVI-2FO-S DVI Optical Extender is a detachable dual LC fiber transmission kit optimized for long-distance DVI video signal extension. To start with, this all-metal black-bodied optical extender delivers a steady 4.95Gbps video bandwidth, effectively breaking the transmission limitations of ordinary copper cables without requiring extra signal repeaters or distribution amplifiers. Moreover, it adopts built-in 1310/1550nm FP laser paired with integrated WDM filter technology, which combines dual-wavelength optical signals for stable transmission performance. Meanwhile, this DVI Optical Extender supports both multimode and single-mode fiber deployment, offering flexible 500-meter OM3 multimode or 2-kilometer single-mode transmission options, and it passes FCC & CE EMI/RFI certification to guarantee reliable output in complex electronic environments for industrial, exhibition and commercial AV projects.

Correspondingly, the transmitter contains four built-in lasers while the receiver is fitted with four Pin-PDs, and the integrated WDM filter merges two laser wavelengths into fiber for efficient signal delivery. What’s more, users can select OM3 multimode fiber for indoor short-distance wiring up to 500 meters, or adopt single-mode fiber to realize cross-area long-distance transmission reaching 2km.
